What is a B-stock product?
A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.

The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description.
The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.
B-stock photos
The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following:
- Photo of the brand new product
- Photo of the B-stock product with packaging (if included) and any accessories

Original packaging
Packaging in good condition: undamaged (sticky tape residue may be visible)
Packaging damaged: box has dents, tears and/or holes

General
The Guild OM-240CE Westerly is an electro-acoustic steel-string guitar with a natural finish. The Triple O body features a cutaway which makes even the highest frets easily accessible. The top is made of solid Canadian Sitka spruce which is not only lightweight, its high density gives this instrument an exceptionally rich sound. The back and sides of this gorgeous guitar are made of solid mahogany.
Guild OM-240CE Natural Westerly with 'arched back'
This model features an arched back which is one of the things that helped to make this American guitar manufacturer famous back in the 1950's. That means you can expect better sound projection and more volume than you'd normally get from a guitar model of this size. The sound is warm and bright, even when amplified through the AP-1 preamplifier.
Guild Westerly Collection
Guild have been building high-quality instruments since 1953, and their acoustic guitars hark back to earlier, vintage models. Each of the steel-string guitars in their Westerly series feature solid woods and are equipped with a number of tasteful, luxurious details. What's more, the headstock is adorned with a traditional pearloid Guild emblem inlay and all of the guitars feature a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard. The Westerly series offers top-quality acoustic guitars at an attractive price and each guitar comes with a compatible Guild Polyfoam case.
