What is a B-stock product?
A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.

The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description.
The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.
B-stock photos
The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following:
- Photo of the brand new product
- Photo of the B-stock product with packaging (if included) and any accessories

Original packaging
Packaging in good condition: undamaged (sticky tape residue may be visible)

General
The KX500MS is one of the top models in Cort's KX series. This 7-string multiscale electric guitar has fanned frets which means its scale length measures 25.5 inches at the highest string and 27 inches at the low B string. The advantage of this is that all of the strings have a similar tension and feel for an improved playing experience. This model is ideal for styles like modern metal, but it can handle just about anything you throw at it. Two EMG 707 humbucker pickups deliver everything from metal mayhem to crystal-clear clean tones. In short, the KX500MS is a versatile instrument that's perfect for progressive guitarists.
KX500MS: unique look
Each guitar has a completely unique look thanks to its burled poplar top. Underneath, the body is made of swamp ash which produces prominent trebles, but also retains clarity in the lowest tones. The neck is made of 5 pieces of maple and purple heart with a 15.75-inch radius Macassar ebony fretboard on top. The raindrop position markers were specially designed for this model. Locking machine heads give this guitar excellent tuning stability and make changing strings a lot quicker and easier too.
