General

The Klark Teknik DN-540-EU compressor and gate injects audio with more presence without adding any noise. This four-channel signal enhancer also comes with built-in dynamic equalisation, so the integrity of the higher frequencies is retained and vocals are given more air. The channels can be linked for various side-chain combos and the compressor provides a number of possible settings. In a medium setting the compressor automatically monitors the signal, or it can be pulled back so that only the peaks are shaved off. Soft and hard-knee options determine the reactive speed and six-segment gain controls adjust the levels per channel.
